Week 17 NFL Rankings

New England completes their perfect season, the Redskins win four straight to become the third team in NFL History to make the playoffs after a 5-7 start, and the Cleveland Browns end the season in the top 10 of my rankings, but of out the playoffs due to a little bad luck...
